Dracut Man Held for Raping Daughter’s Friend
A father of three has been charged with rape over allegations of having a sexual relationship with his daughter’s 13-year-old friend.
Kevin Migneault, 36, of Dracut, had sex with the girl multiple times between April 2004 and September 2004, prosecutors said. Migneault pleaded not guilty Friday in Lowell District Court to charges of rape of a child with force, indecent assault and battery on a child under 14, distribution of a controlled substance, and dissemination of obscene matter.
Marijuana and pornographic material were also used in the alleged incidents in Migneault’s car and home, prosecutors said. He was held on $50,000 bail. Migneault is scheduled back in court Aug. 19.

WHEN I HEAR THE NAME: Kevin Migneault, of Dracut, ZIGGY, COMES TO MIND, ANYONE ELSE? IF ITS SO, ITS NOT A SUPRISE, I HAD TO DEAL W/ HIM PERSONALLY MANY YEARS AGO, HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN A LOSER WITHOUT ANY RESPECT FOR ANYONE.

to dont worrrryyyy, you should worry. he was old enough to know better than to screw with a 14 year old and he put his life and family on the line for it,doesnt say much about his character. couldnt have cared for his own kids if he could do that to someone elses, she didnt lie, he admitted to everything, so that makes him a loser.
