Accused Sergeant Brian OHare is Heading to Dracut
Brian O’Hare was arrested last month on charges of trying to seduce someone over the internet he thought was a 14-year-old boy.
In a motion filed Friday in U.S. District Court in Boston, lawyer Carlos J. Dominguez said O’Hare wants to move out of his aunt’s home in Arlington and live with his sister in Dracut.
The 19-year veteran trooper was suspended without pay after he was arrested February 24th on charges he seduced someone he thought was a 14-year-old boy over the Internet. The other computer user turned out to be an FBI agent.
In a motion filed Friday in U-S District Court in Boston, O’Hare says his aunt — Barbara Boyle — has encountered problems with her employer because of her decision to let him live with her. Boyle is a third-grade teacher at Brackette Elementary School in Arlington. O’Hare had lived with his wife in Lancaster but moved out after the arrest. He was given permission by the court to live with his aunt in Dracut as long as he adhered to the conditions of his release, which included no unsupervised contact with children, including his teenage son, and no use of a computer.
Yea right! Once a child abuser, always a child abuser.
O’Hare also is a lieutenant colonel in the Massachusetts National Guard, but since has been removed from his position as commander of the 211th Military Police Battalion and now is on administrative duty. He served in Afghanistan and Iraq from August 2002 until December 2003.

Mr. O’hare has a problem. Let’s pray that he finds help, not ostracizing. I know Mr. O’hare as an intelligent, professional person. He has Served both his State and Country well. I feel the residents need not worry about having Mr. O’hare amongst them.

Reponse to Phantom; What residents do not have to worry about a Pedophile? Those without children? There are many Pedophiles who have worked hard at their jobs, are friendly and on and on, but guess what? They are criminals and dangerous ones at that. Sure you can pray, hope, wish and any other thing you want to do for this pedophile. Maybe though you might want to do the same for the children who live nearby.

O’Hare was my CO-Company Commander 972MP (Melrose)
I went to a Pink Floyd concert, and I did smoke some Cannabis. And before getting swept up in a mandatory urine screen, I volunarily admitted such. This guy O’Hare went ballistic on me, flagged orders to Ft Leonard Wood, sticking his finger in my face, grittin’ his teeth, he told me I was through. Yeah I indulged and was man enough to admit it. All I have to say is..Hey Bri, how’s it feel to be a real criminal? Now it pleases me to tell you ’sir’ now you’re finished!
I only smoked some cannabis, but you…you committed a Real criminal offence, that could have really screwed up some kid.

Fuck you, “Schmoker”, straight up. Mr. O’Hare was a dignified man. He performed his jobs to the best of his abilities and tried tirelessly to be the best father and citizen that he could be. So he got up in your face while doing his job, big fucking deal. The Iraq war is a traumatizing place to be in. Of course most people come out alright but Mr. O’Hare underwent sever phsycological damage. He has a family, you know. Show a little bit of respect and sympathy, if not for Mr. O’Hare but for the family he left behind who will never fully recover from their heartbreak.
